My passion for fitness began in middle school when I set out to improve my athletic performance. This curiosity led me to martial arts and kickboxing, where I discovered the joy of coaching others. Over time, I’ve trained diverse groups—including kids, varsity athletes at Queen’s University, busy parents, and older adults—and learned the power of consistency, positivity, and individualized coaching.
